PICK-UP INFORMATION
Pick-up Instructions
Pick up is by appointment only.
Please refer to the lot description and contact the account manager directly to schedule a pickup time
No login is required. Please have the following ready:
- Your buyer number (4 or 5 digits above your name).
- Your invoice number (6 digits, located in the top right corner of your invoice).
- A valid form of identification.
Once your appointment is successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Vehicle/Trailer Information: If you have requested temporary or trailer plates for your vehicle/trailer, please wait for a staff member to call and verify that your plates are ready before booking an appointment. Vehicles will not be released without a signed UCDA Bill of Sale.
Ownership Transfers: If you have purchased a unit that requires ownership transfer, please note that this process may take up to 14 days. All ownership documents will be mailed to you once the transfer is complete.

Ownership Transfer
Once your invoice has been paid in full, and all necessary information is provided (i.e., driver’s license number) the ownership transfer can take up to 14 business days. This is dependent on how busy the MTO (Service Ontario) office is at the time.
All UCDA must be signed before leaving our property.
If you have purchased temporary plates, this will take up to four business days dependent on the MTO, and you will be contacted by a Bryan’s staff member when your plates are ready. All ownerships along with temporary plates will be in the payment office during payment and pickup times.
